David McDowell founded Altum Consulting to build on more than fifteen years’ specialist recruitment experience gained within London, the regions and internationally. With over seven years’ board level experience, David has a corporate background as well as recent experience of leading growth in an entrepreneurial fast track business. At Altum Consulting, David is a hands-on director with client relationships and contacts across a wide range of SME and blue chip organisations.

Edward Nash-Steer has eleven years’ experience in senior search, predominately focused on the interim market. He has partnered many of the leading retail, consumer goods and leisure organisations, providing both finance and business transformational professionals. Edward’s experience, prior to Altum Consulting led him to be the highest fee earner with his previous two businesses.

Louise has 17 years of experience within recruitment, specialising in accounting and finance roles on an interim and permanent basis across London and the South East.

Patrick Glydon is a proven leader with over twenty-five years’ experience with international companies such as Diageo, Le Meridian, Hilton, Clear Channel and Dentsu Aegis Network. At Denstu Aegis Network he successfully led the sale of Synovate for £525m, significant strategic and business transformation programmes and delivered more than thirty acquisitions.
Patrick is currently CFO of Clifford Chance. He has lived and worked in New York, Los Angeles, Singapore and Paris as well as visiting more than fifty countries professionally.
