Altum Consulting is committed to being a responsible business in how we work with clients and candidates and how we contribute to the wider community and the world around us.
We are passionate about the changes we can make as a business and if there is a difference to be made, we act on it. In 2015 we chose to support The Pan-Andean Challenge to help raise money for both The Ann Dodgson Foundation and The Foundation for Prader-Willi Research.
In 2015 we launched The Altumate Challenge campaign, whereby Altum Consulting sponsored an individual or group to undertake a challenge to raise money for a charity of their choice. Entries for the Altumate challenge need to have a real physical and demanding component to it. The word Altum is Latin for the highest and the deepest, so you can align that to mountains, or to oceans. The chosen charities are important, for Altum, raising of money for charity is a significant thing, and people will give money to support an epic adventure, challenge or record-breaking attempt.
After a successful challenge in 2015 and 2016 we ran the challenge again in 2017 and will continue to do so in 2018, watch this space in March 2018 for entry details.
